ok its after christmas and I need to lose weight fast! The best way I heard to do this is to create a calorie deficit each day - so i just need to monitor my calories. I have found it good to use and online calorie counter because y ou can update it while your at work.

At the moment there is a real gold rush going on. Every where you look people are rushing to buy gold as it is going up so fast in price. I have been thinking about investing in some gold and found a few sites that let you do it online - so i*ve decided I want a piece of that and invested a whole £22!

I am guessing its a good alternative to buying houses or leaving your money rotting int he bank at 0 percent interest?
